About the role

The Purchasing Representative will support Alfanar's procurement function by collaborating with internal teams, ensuring effective communication, and executing planned activities to meet operational and development targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to achieve work objectives efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain effective communication with peers and managers, welcoming direction and feedback.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within cost and time constraints.
• Identify and resolve routine issues, escalating complex operational problems as needed.
• Follow quality requirements and product/process specifications, complying with all relevant procedures and work instructions.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• High School degree (or equivalent).
• 0‑2 years of experience (fresh graduate).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
