About the role
We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Specialist to join our team as part of the Tamheer Program. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience in procurement and supply‑chain operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Support the end‑to‑end procurement process, from purchase requests to issuing purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office applications
