QA/QC Manager – Metro/Rail Projects

About the role

Parsons is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the quality function on a high‑profile metro station project. You will ensure that all products and services meet both client expectations and Parsons’ rigorous quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction for quality on the metro station project.
• Develop and implement project Quality Systems, Plans, Manuals, procedures, audits and corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor quality professionals assigned to the project.
• Establish audit schedules, conduct independent audits, and drive corrective actions.
• Review and approve quality manuals, technical deliverables, test plans, purchase orders, subcontracts and inspection documentation.
• Oversee quality for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, systems, finishes, testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities.
• Coordinate quality activities with project management, engineering, construction, procurement, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participate in client meetings, project reviews and quality performance discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, Quality discipline or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC, construction quality or related fields.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• Experience on major transportation infrastructure, metro, rail or complex building projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
