QC Supervisor – Steel Structures & Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead QA/QC activities on our steel structure and mechanical projects in Riyadh. The role ensures compliance with international standards and client specifications across welding, coating, painting, and galvanizing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and supervise QA/QC inspections for structural steel fabrication and assembly.
• Inspect welding operations and verify adherence to welding codes.
• Monitor surface preparation, painting/coating, and galvanizing procedures.
• Review non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain documentation and quality records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a QC Supervisor in steel structure fabrication.
• Preferred certifications: CWI/CSWIP for welding and NACE/BGAS for coating.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of steel structure standards and galvanizing specifications.
• Proficiency in non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Expertise in welding inspection and coating/painting processes.
