Quality Assurance Inspector II (Food Production)

About the role

Join MBRF as a Quality Assurance Inspector II to ensure raw materials, ingredients and packaging meet the highest standards before production. You will support food safety, quality programs and sustainability initiatives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw material, ingredients and packaging before issue for production.
• Collect samples (raw material, air, water, swabs) and deliver to internal lab.
• Verify cleaning procedures of production lines and ensure implementation of quality procedures.
• Provide technical guidance on Critical Control Points and monitor corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits, manage documentation and support sustainability commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 3‑year diploma in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QA experience in the food industry.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food microbiology and biochemistry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce and SAP systems.
