Quality Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance on major infrastructure projects in Riyadh, including roads, highways, tunnels and bridges. You will ensure that all project phases meet the highest standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems tailored to infrastructure projects.
• Establish quality control procedures, conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with specifications, codes and regulations.
• Perform regular audits, identify non‑conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Provide guidance on quality planning, assurance and control to engineers and project managers.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, produce reports and recommend improvements to senior management.
• Lead training and awareness programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies and third‑party inspectors to demonstrate compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction quality management, preferably on roads, highways, tunnels or bridges.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage complex quality systems.
