Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the implementation of quality assurance processes across the property, ensuring alignment with Marriott’s brand standards and guest expectations. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on continuous improvement, employee satisfaction, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coach managers on Total Quality Management principles and conduct monthly audits to verify compliance with company and brand standards.
• Make data‑driven decisions to keep the property on track toward quality goals and address critical customer requirements.
• Support regional and company‑wide rollout of best practices and facilitate process‑improvement teams.
• Provide training on quality tools, collect and analyze defect trends, and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback with leadership, ensure corrective actions are taken, and handle guest complaints promptly.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or operations.
• OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
