Quality Operations Coach

About the role

The Quality Operations Coach will lead the implementation of food safety and product quality programs across retail stores, central bakeries and supplier networks. This role ensures that all operations meet Panda’s high standards and comply with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Quality Coach Program for Pandas Retail Stores, facilities and omnichannel channels.
• Implement supplier pre‑qualification and audit programs for private‑label and fresh product vendors.
• Manage customer complaints and non‑conformance reports (NCR) throughout the year.
• Oversee pest control, hygiene initiatives and related projects.
• Develop people through training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, food science, microbiology, veterinary medicine, agricultural or chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in audit and quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of local Saudi food safety regulations and international standards (HACCP, ISO, AIB, BRC).
• Experience in food safety and hygiene across manufacturing, retail or hospitality environments.
• Leadership, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
