Real Estate Development Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Real Estate Development Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. You will support the real estate development group by delivering rigorous financial analysis, market research, and due‑diligence for high‑profile projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including cash‑flow forecasts, IRR and NPV calculations for new and existing projects.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify investment opportunities, assess trends, competitor activity and demographic data.
• Assist in due‑diligence for property acquisitions, reviewing financial, legal and operational documentation.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project management, legal and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field; Master’s or professional qualification (CFA, RICS) is a plus.
• Proven experience in real estate analysis, development or investment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong capability to build complex financial models from scratch.
• Solid understanding of real‑estate investment principles, valuation techniques and development processes.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
