Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Specialist drives property sales by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting real estate projects, and managing the sales process from initial engagement through closing. The role requires a results‑oriented professional with strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new sales opportunities, generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, provide accurate information on properties, pricing, payment plans and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Present and promote company projects, conduct property presentations, site visits and support clients throughout negotiation and transaction processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities, and communicate insights to management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good understanding of the Saudi real estate market and proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence is an advantage.
