About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to lease and market residential and commercial properties within our projects, manage client relationships and support our digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Lease and market residential and commercial units.
Manage existing clients and attract new tenants.
Follow up with potential and existing customers throughout the leasing process.
Maintain and update the company’s social media accounts.
Support marketing of projects and available units through digital and social media channels.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience in real estate leasing and marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Experience in promoting and marketing real estate properties (preferred).
