Regional Commercial Manager – Beauty (Jeddah)

About the role

The Regional Commercial Manager – Beauty will lead commercial performance across multiple beauty stores in Jeddah, ensuring the brand strategy is executed flawlessly and the customer experience is consistently excellent.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of brand strategy across the network in line with overall objectives.
• Partner with Marketing to roll out marketing and customer‑experience initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines tailored to each market.
• Align with Commercial teams on annual sales planning and target setting.
• Monitor discounts, margins and profitability to sustain business performance.
• Track sell‑out performance and stock levels, proactively managing shortages and risks.
• Review orders and update Merchandising on stock status and potential gaps.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and performance insights.
• Deliver data‑driven commercial reports (quantitative and qualitative).
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Own and manage the brand P&L and overall financial performance.
• Evaluate brand performance and recommend strategic actions.
• Manage resources effectively within approved budgets and provide accurate financial updates to management.
• Develop, coach and motivate team members to drive performance and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial management within the beauty or luxury retail sector.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor discounts, margins and profitability.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive brand strategy.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
