Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

Al Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trucks & Buses business across Saudi Arabia. Based in Dammam and reporting to the Country Manager, the role focuses on driving sales volume, revenue and gross margin while building a high‑performing regional sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the national sales function for Trucks & Buses and achieve agreed sales, revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Manage and coach regional sales managers in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah to deliver strong commercial results.
• Collaborate with Planning and Analysis to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly and monthly and take timely corrective actions.
• Maximise stock availability and support campaigns that manage over‑stock inventory.
• Build KPI reporting that offers clear insight into market performance and sales trends.
• Work with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure targeted, results‑driven sales campaigns.

Required profile

• A degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering or Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive or heavy construction equipment industry.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a managerial role leading sales or commercial teams.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a strong advantage.
