Registered Nurse – IVF

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in in‑vitro fertilisation (IVF) to join our fertility clinic. The nurse will prepare and support patients throughout the IVF cycle, from ovarian stimulation to embryo transfer, while ensuring safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for IVF procedures, including monitoring ovarian stimulation and assisting with egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
• Educate patients and families about the IVF process, pre‑ and post‑procedure care, medication regimens, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Administer prescribed fertility medications, monitor for side effects, and document patient responses.
• Conduct regular health assessments, record vital signs, and track treatment outcomes.
• Provide technical support during laboratory procedures, such as specimen preparation and sample handling.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and procedural documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow‑up visits.
• Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and lab technicians to ensure seamless patient care.
• Follow strict infection‑control protocols and handle medications and biological samples according to regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and stay updated on advances in reproductive medicine.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an IVF or fertility setting.
• Valid nursing license from the country of practice.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is desirable.
