About the role
The Relationship Manager – Affluent Banking will act as the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and driving revenue growth for Riyad Bank.
Key responsibilities
- Follow departmental policies, processes and SOPs to ensure consistent, controlled operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective affluent clients through regular visits and strategic engagement.
- Identify revenue opportunities, cross‑sell retail banking products, and pursue structured finance solutions.
- Create and execute account plans, monitor action items and report progress.
- Provide market insights for loan products and ensure commercial viability.
- Review and approve credit applications within authority limits, collaborating with Credit Analytics and Risk Management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction and productivity enhancements.
- Prepare accurate reports in line with Riyad Bank’s standards and comply with safety, quality and environmental policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a Finance or Accounting specialization.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, client relationship planning and business development.
