Remittance Growth Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a global leader in cards & payments, is seeking a Remittance Growth and Program Manager to drive transaction‑volume growth, strengthen digital remittance capabilities, and expand strategic partnerships for a leading financial services firm in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to increase remittance transaction volumes, improving customer acquisition, activation, retention and usage.
• Analyze performance trends, recommend actions and support optimisation of existing remittance products and services.
• Lead strategic remittance projects from initiation through implementation, maintaining project plans, status reports, risk logs and governance materials.
• Coordinate activities across business, product, technology, operations, compliance and partner teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Act as liaison between the financial services firm, scheme, MTOs, aggregators, correspondent and fintech partners, supporting onboarding and commercial discussions.
• Drive adoption of digital remittance channels, improving customer experience across digital journeys and launching new corridors or value‑added services.
• Monitor Saudi and international remittance market developments, track competitor activity and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in remittance, payments, cross‑border transfers, fintech or banking.
• Proven experience managing business transformation or strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of remittance business models, MTOs, aggregators and digital remittance journeys.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners, with excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
