About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers. You will interact via email, chat, or phone, ensuring each contact results in a positive experience and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) through email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identifying root causes and guiding customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date case records.
• Monitor case progress, follow up on open tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain communication quality standards and handle complaints with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay informed about product updates.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.

Required skills
