Remote Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Remote Customer Support Agent to assist our customers with routine questions, account information, service requests and order inquiries. The role is fully remote and ideal for recent graduates, career changers or anyone seeking their first professional customer‑service position.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information using approved company resources and guide customers through basic processes.
• Enter and update customer data, maintain accurate profiles and record interactions in the ticketing system.
• Create, categorize and manage support tickets, track case progress and close resolved cases.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets and internal trackers.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication and active listening skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Open to learning and following established support procedures.
• Suitable for candidates with little or no prior professional customer‑support experience.
