About the role

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team. This entry‑level position assists customers with questions, account needs, orders, service requests, and routine issue resolution through approved communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone using approved scripts and templates.
• Assist with routine product, service, order, and account questions, providing accurate information.
• Create, update, and close support tickets while maintaining clear case notes.
• Verify customer information, process authorized account changes, and route specialized issues to the appropriate department.
• Enter and update customer data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to established guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple routine requests, and remain professional during challenging interactions.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
