Remote Data Entry Specialist Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist Associate to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position supports daily operations by entering, updating, reviewing and maintaining information across spreadsheets, databases and internal systems. No prior professional experience is required; training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process information into databases, spreadsheets and internal systems, following established formatting standards.
• Verify data against source documents, identify and correct errors, and flag unresolved discrepancies.
• Upload, label, categorize and organize digital documents while protecting confidential information.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, lists and trackers; maintain administrative logs and route documents to team members.
• Track assigned tasks, update workflow trackers and provide status updates as needed.
• Communicate professionally via email, chat and virtual meetings, and participate in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions, manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Google Sheets, Docs, Drive and Gmail.
• Familiarity with data‑entry or database systems and CRM platforms.
• Experience with digital filing and document‑management tools.
• Use of remote collaboration tools.
