Reporting Manager

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead project reporting and performance monitoring for major rail, metro, and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The role will ensure accurate, timely delivery of reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, templates, and governance processes across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Create and manage management dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI, providing analysis of trends, issues, and performance gaps.
• Support schedule and cost reporting, produce earned value and schedule performance metrics, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare executive and client presentations, ensuring compliance with contractual reporting obligations.
• Maintain risk, change, and issue dashboards, tracking mitigation actions and impact on schedule and cost.
• Coordinate with project managers, planners, cost engineers, and commercial teams to facilitate reporting meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of reporting and project controls experience on major rail, metro, transportation, or construction projects.
• Proven experience preparing executive‑level performance reports and working within a PMO environment.
