Reservations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead the Reservations team at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. The role ensures accurate reservation processing, inventory control and high‑quality guest service while supporting revenue optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Reservations Department, guaranteeing accurate and efficient processing of all bookings.
• Monitor room inventory, availability and reservation status to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to apply pricing strategies, restrictions and inventory controls.
• Manage reservations from all channels, including IHG systems, OTAs, travel agents and corporate accounts.
• Handle group bookings, rooming lists and special requests in partnership with Sales and Events teams.
• Ensure reservation details, guest profiles and billing instructions are correctly entered into Opera PMS.
• Oversee confirmations, amendments, cancellations and no‑show procedures in line with hotel policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from guests, travel partners and internal departments while maintaining high service standards.
• Guide, train and coach Reservations Agents to achieve performance targets.
• Analyse daily pickup and forecast reports to identify booking trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office to ensure smooth arrivals, room allocation and VIP handling.
• Assist in resolving reservation‑related guest concerns and support service recovery.
• Prepare regular reservation reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with IHG reservation standards, hotel policies and data accuracy requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel inventory management and revenue optimisation principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
