Restaurant Guest Relation Hostess

About the role

The Restaurant Guest Relation Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA. You will ensure a warm welcome, manage reservations and seating, and support a seamless dining experience for both guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently.
• Update waiting times accurately and communicate them to guests.
• Coordinate communication between guests and the service team.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns.
• Support the overall flow of the restaurant to maintain smooth operations.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
