Retail Digital Enablement Manager

About the role

The Retail Digital Enablement Manager will lead the bank’s digital transformation initiatives across retail channels. This role ensures alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives and drives the delivery of key digital projects such as CRM, lending origination, unified branch systems, and loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Digital Enablement function and support major retail digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end digital demand intake, pipeline prioritisation, business requirements documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee digital budgeting, expenditure tracking and investment optimisation, ensuring spend aligns with approved allocations.
• Prepare, submit and follow‑up on SAMA regulatory approvals for digital products and changes.
• Lead digital audit, inspection and regulatory observation activities, managing corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with IT, product, operations and compliance teams to monitor delivery milestones, UAT activities and production deployments.
• Collect performance data, project status updates and progress reports for management review.
• Escalate delivery risks, regulatory concerns, budget variances or initiative gaps as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of initiatives, regulatory submissions and audit findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Agile, PMP or digital transformation management certification (preferred).
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Prior experience in digital banking enablement, retail digital transformation, IT project delivery or banking technology delivery.
