Risk Analyst

About the role

Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented Risk Analyst to join its AlUla office. You will identify, assess and mitigate risks across our infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses across business operations.
• Plan and perform QSRAs and QCRAs using project schedules, cost estimates and assumptions.
• Run Monte Carlo simulations to quantify cost exposure and determine P50, P80, P90 and contingency requirements.
• Manage risk registers, risk breakdown structures and mitigation tracking with Active Risk Manager (ARM).
• Develop cost and schedule risk models in Excel using Palisade @RISK and perform sensitivity, tornado and correlation analyses.
• Prepare Primavera P6 schedules for risk analysis, create schedule risk models and analyse critical paths.
• Analyse financial data and business metrics to evaluate risk exposure and trends.
• Produce detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand processes and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional organisational skills.
