Rotating Engineer

About the role

The Rotating Engineer will support electrical maintenance activities for rotating equipment in our plant, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement. You will work closely with vendors, develop maintenance schedules, and provide training to maintenance personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of rotating equipment such as compressors and pumps.
• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and service contracts.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations and lead failure analysis teams.
• Test newly installed rotating equipment to verify compliance with specifications.
• Provide on‑job training to technicians for safe and economical operation.
• Review and select parts for obsolete or out‑of‑production items.
• Prepare technical studies, reports, and performance tests.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical maintenance of rotating machinery.
• Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.
• Ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills for vendor liaison and team training.
