Rotating Equipment Specialist – Maintenance Mechanic Foreman

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions is seeking a Rotating Equipment Specialist to lead maintenance activities as a Foreman for its oil & gas assets in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing installation, testing, and upkeep of rotating equipment while ensuring compliance with SATORP procedures and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work orders, drawings, and specifications and execute tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Operate heavy‑duty specialized tools and basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Perform installation and maintenance of rotating equipment in accordance with SATORP guidelines.
• Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic testing and ensure all required permits are obtained before work begins.
• Maintain strict adherence to SATORP safety standards and uphold good housekeeping practices.
• Deliver work to quality and schedule requirements, meeting company standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10–12 years of oil & gas maintenance experience, with a focus on rotating equipment.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams in a multicultural environment.
