Safety Supervisor – Jeddah

About the role

Mowah is seeking a Safety Supervisor for its operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for overseeing workplace safety activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and supporting the implementation of safety standards across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site conditions and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify, report, and help mitigate workplace hazards.
• Coordinate safety activities with project and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
• Assist in risk assessments and promote a culture of safety awareness.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience supervising workplace safety activities.
• Proven ability to identify and address workplace hazards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of safety procedures and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience preparing safety reports and documentation.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations.
