About the role
Join ALAÏA’s boutique team as a Sales Associate, delivering the brand’s luxury experience to clients in a high‑end retail environment. You will work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets while providing personalized service that builds lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales in line with ALAÏA’s commercial strategy and achieve monthly store targets.
- Increase average basket size through up‑selling, cross‑selling, and product knowledge of ready‑to‑wear and accessories.
- Provide client service excellence, welcoming customers in‑store, by phone, and via email following brand standards.
- Develop and maintain a client book, update the customer database, and nurture loyalty through consistent follow‑up.
- Participate in boutique operations, visual merchandising, daily clean‑up, inventory counts, and team meetings.
- Uphold security protocols, maintain high grooming standards, and act as a brand ambassador.
Required profile
- Professional experience in luxury retail.
- Strong client‑treatment standards and a polished personal presentation.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
