Sales Associate

About the role

Beside Group, a leading retail chain in the Middle East, is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales to meet personal and store targets across premium fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal, store and KPI targets to support overall business objectives.
• Provide friendly, courteous service, offering product information and building lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of designs, trends, product availability and quality issues.
• Handle receipt and dispatch of shipments, sort merchandise and stock shelves, counters, racks and tables.
• Complete operational and administrative tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar retail sales role, preferably with fashion brands.
• Local retail experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
