Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent Al Ahli Club in its retail stores, delivering an exceptional fan experience while driving sales of club merchandise. You will work on the shop floor, assist customers, and ensure the store meets its visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products, upselling and cross‑selling where appropriate.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Receive, unpack and display new merchandise, maintaining stock levels and presentation standards.
• Support inventory counts and stock management, ensuring accurate records.
• Maintain visual merchandising according to club brand guidelines and keep the store clean and tidy.
• Act as an ambassador for Al Ahli Club, providing product information and promoting club initiatives.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure smooth daily operations, especially during peak periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or related field is a plus.
• 1–4 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in sports apparel or FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Basic operation of POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Understanding of KPI tracking in a retail environment.
