Sales Engineer – Construction Materials

About the role

ARTIC is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth for its construction material portfolio in Riyadh. The successful candidate will combine engineering knowledge with sales expertise to serve contractors and construction firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors and construction companies.
• Promote and present building material solutions to clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals aligned with project specifications.
• Maintain and update client relationships and CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in building materials or the construction industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse client challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and available to start immediately.
• Arab nationality preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
