Sales Engineer

About the role

Sitech is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join its Al Hufuf office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. In this role you will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
• Engage with prospects, assess their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Sitech’s product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales engineering and technical support, preferably in elevator sales or service solutions.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical field, Business or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
