Sales Engineer – Wood & Joinery (Riyadh)

About the role

We’re hiring a Sales Engineer for wood and joinery products in Riyadh. A leading wood manufacturing factory based in Dammam is looking for an experienced professional to develop and manage sales opportunities across Riyadh and the Central Region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business for wooden doors, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and architectural joinery works.
• Visit consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, and corporate clients.
• Identify projects early and manage them from enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Review client requirements and coordinate with technical and estimation teams.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms while maintaining required profit margins.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and client visit plan.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in wooden products, joinery, furniture, doors, fit‑out, or building materials is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, or corporate clients in Riyadh are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
