About the role

Dyson Retail offers a unique, technology‑driven salon experience where stylists combine high‑end hair styling with product expertise. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver outstanding retail experiences, book appointments and provide personalized blow‑dry sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Balance sales targets with premium service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in your area.
• Perform blow‑drying and styling sessions for customers.
• Advise customers on hair‑care techniques and product usage.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all interactions follow the Dyson way.

Required profile

• Qualified stylist with experience in the blow‑dry sector.
• Valid Municipality Health Card.
• Previous experience with a premium beauty brand.
• Fluent in English and local market languages.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver innovative solutions.
