About the role
Join Maison Chaumet, a historic Parisian jewellery house, as a Sales Executive in Jeddah. You will be the face of the brand, delivering the Chaumet experience to discerning clients and contributing to the boutique’s growth in the Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of Chaumet, sharing the brand’s 240‑year heritage and creating a warm, luxurious welcome for every client.
- Guide clients through the purchasing journey, presenting curated selections and delivering memorable selling ceremonies.
- Achieve personal and boutique sales targets while expanding the customer database and nurturing new and existing relationships.
- Organise client‑eling activities, invite clients to Maison events, and prepare personalized selections for VIP visits.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet collective goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to store reporting and performance monitoring.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, stock‑keeping, and after‑sales service in line with brand standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within luxury or jewellery retail.
- Strong commercial drive, goal‑oriented mindset, and passion for jewellery.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
