Sales Manager – Logistics & Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. You will lead the sales team and grow our logistics and freight forwarding business across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, set targets and hold members accountable.
• Secure new business and develop existing customer relationships throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, pursue and close opportunities in freight forwarding, project logistics and integrated logistics services.
• Manage commercial activities for project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift and out‑of‑gauge shipments in collaboration with operations.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders, pricing proposals, customer presentations and contract negotiations.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, create account plans and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit requirements and operational procedures.
• Deliver revenue and gross profit targets to drive sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding, including at least 3 years leading a sales team.
• Proven track record of securing new business and developing key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in a multinational organization is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, road transportation, warehousing and integrated logistics services.
• Experience handling project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift and out‑of‑gauge shipments.
• Good understanding of Saudi customs clearance, import/export documentation, bonded cargo and transit movements.
