About the role
The Sales (Commercial) Manager will lead revenue growth and market penetration for a maritime shipping organization. This senior position requires strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue and establish market leadership.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market demand.

Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in the maritime shipping industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive knowledge of maritime logistics, shipping operations, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing long‑term customer relationships.
