About the role

The Sales (Commercial) Manager will lead revenue growth and market penetration for a maritime shipping organization. This senior position requires strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue and establish market leadership.

Required profile

  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in the maritime shipping industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of maritime logistics, shipping operations, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing long‑term customer relationships.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team.
