Sales Manager – Specialty Coffee (Riyadh)

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its specialty coffee business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding B2B relationships across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail outlets, driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
• Identify, approach and acquire new corporate and B2B clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners and existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle – pipeline, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the coffee or broader F&B sector within Saudi Arabia.
• Established network and deep knowledge of the Saudi coffee market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
