Sales Officer – Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions

About the role

The Sales Officer will generate new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and promote a full suite of logistics and supply chain services. The role is focused on meeting sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring customers receive efficient transportation, warehousing, and freight forwarding solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation market.
• Promote services such as freight forwarding (air, sea, land), customs clearance, warehousing & distribution, transportation, project cargo, and supply chain solutions.
• Conduct sales visits, client meetings, and presentations; prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
• Negotiate rates and service contracts, follow up on leads, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve service‑related issues, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing services.
• Knowledge of the Saudi logistics market is preferred.
• Valid driving license.
