Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will actively identify, pursue and secure new catering and labour service contracts by working directly in the field. This position requires a self‑motivated professional who can generate leads, build client relationships, prepare proposals and close deals while feeding market insights back to the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to construction sites, industrial zones, factories and potential client offices.
• Source and qualify new leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling and online platforms.
• Identify decision‑makers and build long‑term relationships with project managers, procurement officers and owners.
• Present the company’s catering and labour service offerings, attend client meetings, deliver presentations and negotiate terms until closure.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations and contracts aligned with client needs.
• Monitor project announcements, tenders and business opportunities across various sectors.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and HR to align offerings with delivery capability.
• Maintain and update a lead tracking sheet/CRM with follow‑up status and outcomes.
• Analyze competitor activity and recommend pricing or package adjustments.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows and networking events to promote the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in business development, field sales or B2B client acquisition.
• Strong background in catering, manpower supply, facility management or similar sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Established connections in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Confident, self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence.
