Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Specialist in Jeddah to drive new business and promote our facility‑management and support services. The role involves building client relationships, coordinating with operations, and contributing to sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility‑management sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential, governmental, commercial, industrial, and medical clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand needs and present solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive retention.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and contribute to forecasts and targets.
• Participate in training sessions, industry events, and internal meetings to stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience generating new business and meeting revenue targets.
• Training and coaching capabilities to support onboarding and development of sales team members or client staff.
• Solid negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to articulate service value propositions.
• Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in facility‑management or related services.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jeddah and travel locally for client visits.
