Sales Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Specialist will execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets while presenting land investment opportunities to clients. This role involves delivering professional presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive future sales and satisfaction. The specialist will also track market trends and work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales objectives. Maintaining accurate customer records and providing feedback to improve products are also essential duties.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve approved quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Execute sales plans to attract prospective customers and maximize opportunities.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, digital platforms, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Deliver sales presentations that explain investment advantages of land opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient transaction closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance, transactions, and prospects.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends, offering recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns supporting sales objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent.
• FAL License – Real estate brokerage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales.
