About the role
Our client is a government‑aligned development entity that delivers large‑scale tourism and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The Vice President – Project Development will lead the end‑to‑end development of these projects, from feasibility studies through investment approval and early execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project development from feasibility through investment approval and early execution stages.
- Manage master planning, financial modelling and development strategy to ensure commercial viability.
- Align and coordinate stakeholders, including government entities, advisors and delivery partners.
- Support portfolio‑level planning, prioritisation and preparation of projects for investors.
Required profile
- Senior experience in project development, infrastructure or large‑scale real‑estate environments.
- Proven track record with feasibility studies, investment case preparation and stakeholder management.
- Strong credibility in government‑facing roles and strategic thinking.
- Experience on Saudi mega or giga projects is highly advantageous.
