Sales Support Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Support Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining sales support protocols, designing reward systems, and ensuring alignment with marketing activities. This role manages the CRM (C4C) platform, coordinates gift distribution, and collaborates with research, customer service, and GEO marketing teams to enhance sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales support processes, policies, and procedures.
• Design and implement a reward system for the sales team.
• Manage the Customer Relationship Management (C4C) system and oversee data analysis.
• Plan and execute gift distribution programs.
• Collaborate with research, customer service, and GEO marketing supervisors on satellite image plans and budgets.
• Conduct surveys via the C4C platform, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
• Monitor market changes, competitor activity, and customer data to support decision‑making.
• Lead organizational development, budget control, and business process improvements.
