Salesforce Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to drive product initiatives for our client. You will shape the roadmap, enhance e‑commerce and ticketing capabilities, and ensure seamless Salesforce integration across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Transform merchant and menu systems to boost discoverability and sales growth.
• Develop e‑commerce, ticketing, events, and auction features while leveraging Salesforce tools.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with external partners for ticketing and shipping services integration.
• Redesign the application for improved usability and Salesforce compatibility.
• Gather and document business requirements via BRDs and user stories.
• Work with designers on UX flows and wireframes.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive research using Salesforce data.
• Lead testing with stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Analyze business needs to implement systems that increase customer retention and engagement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product management experience with successful product launches.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce platforms; certification preferred.
• Proven ability to use product analytics for data‑driven decisions.
• Experience with JIRA or similar product management tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
