Salesperson – Madinah

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Madinah. The successful candidate will engage shoppers, promote our product range, and help the store meet its sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
• Promote products and current promotions, meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register and payment systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational goals and support new team members.
• Adhere to cash‑handling procedures, security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends, inventory needs and sales performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong customer service skills are welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift stock and perform routine store tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Operation of POS (point‑of‑sale) systems and cash handling.
