SAP BASIS Lead (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects in Riyadh. The role focuses on designing, installing, and maintaining SAP landscapes, ensuring high availability and optimal performance across both HANA and non‑HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical SAP BASIS activities for S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Plan and execute system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Manage hardware sizing, infrastructure planning and capacity forecasting.
• Perform system copies, database refreshes, backup/restore and HA/DR configurations.
• Monitor system performance and tune SAP components to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate integrations with SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud and hybrid landscapes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP BASIS experience, with a strong focus on S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
• Hands‑on experience with both Greenfield and Brownfield deployments.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh, with a transferable Iqama.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HCM, BO/BODS, SRM, PO, BTP, Fiori, Solution Manager.
• System architecture, hardware sizing and infrastructure planning.
• Operating systems, databases, networking and overall IT infrastructure.
• System copy, database refresh, backup/restore, HA/DR setup and performance monitoring.
• Integration experience with SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud.
