About the role

The SAP Data & Analytics Services Team Lead is responsible for steering the delivery of enterprise‑wide data and analytics solutions. This senior position guides BI, analytics, and data infrastructure teams to provide accurate, integrated insights that support strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall data and analytics strategy in line with the organization’s vision and goals.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, visualisations, and advanced analytics models.
• Ensure robust architecture, governance, and scalability of data warehouses and data lakes.
• Act as the primary liaison between the data function and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities and foster a culture of innovation.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing team members while addressing performance issues fairly.
